The Cocoon series was introduced in the 1960s, during a period when the Castiglioni brothers were exploring innovative materials and pushing the boundaries of industrial design. This lamp has since become an iconic piece, often featured in museums and collections worldwide.
Its organic, sculptural design is a hallmark of mid-century modern lighting. The lamp uses a sprayed resin material over a steel frame to create a warm, diffused glow.
