The Carolina Block Print Bed Quilt features hand block printed florals with subtle stripes of traditional kantha. Many hands and hearts go into bringing this timeless textile to life. It all begins with carving the designs into wooden blocks, a process that is itself an art form. From there, the blocks are dipped in dye and meticulously stamped onto fabric to create beautiful repeat patterns. Long lines of hand kantha stitching is later done with love by women in their home villages to give our signature quilted feel.
